About Us

Rooted in Care, Built on Trust, and Driven by Real Needs

Guided by Purpose. Driven by People.

Rooted in Reality, Committed to Care

Eduworld Foundation & Charitable Trust is a grassroots-driven NGO dedicated to building a society where access, dignity, and opportunity are not luxuries — but norms. We work across multiple domains including education, skill development, healthcare support, essential aid distribution, and marriage assistance. Whether it's enabling a young girl to finish her Ph.d., helping a dropout learn a trade, or providing healthcare to an ailing family — our focus remains the same: to uplift lives through meaningful, structured support. Our interventions are designed to meet people where they are, understand what they need, and walk with them as they rebuild a stronger tomorrow.

Dr. Rahil Shaikh

Founder & Settlor

With a vision rooted in compassion and a belief that education is the strongest tool for change, Dr. Rahil Shaikh laid the foundation for Eduworld to ensure no child is left behind due to poverty, discrimination, or neglect. His journey began with a single act of kindness — helping a dropout return to school — and has since grown into a mission that empowers entire communities through education, healthcare, nutrition, and livelihood support. As the Settlor, he continues to guide the Foundation’s purpose with clarity, courage, and an unshakable commitment to justice and opportunity for all.

Professor Mehak .R. Shaikh

Chairman & Trustee

Professor Mehak R. Shaikh brings with her years of academic leadership and a heart for grassroots change. As Chairman of Eduworld Foundation, she steers both the strategic vision and the day-to-day mission with wisdom, empathy, and educational excellence. Her academic background blends seamlessly with real-world impact, helping design initiatives that are both inclusive and effective. Under her guidance, Eduworld has expanded its reach — especially in empowering young girls, supporting underprivileged families, and building a sustainable model of social development.

Guided by Purpose. Driven by People.

We Take Action. To Make Better Changes

Our journey started with a single school dropout — a child in torn slippers, clutching used books, yet filled with dreams. That child, like many others, wasn't asking for pity — just a chance. It was then that Eduworld Foundation & Charitable Trust was born, not as a grand initiative, but as a simple, human response to an unmet need. What began in one Mumbai neighborhood has now expanded into a structured platform of support and service.

Led by Humanity. Rooted in Purpose.

Where Our Journey Began

At Eduworld Foundation & Charitable Trust, we serve as a bridge between overlooked struggles and meaningful support. Our mission isn’t built on promises — it’s built on presence. We respond to real-life needs in areas like education, medical aid, skill development, and family welfare.

From helping a dropout return to school to ensuring someone doesn’t go to bed hungry — our work is guided by the belief that small steps, when consistent, can shape dignified lives. Everything we do is shaped with empathy, delivered with care, and sustained by people who believe in showing up.

We focus on individuals and families often overlooked by mainstream systems.

We provide layered support — from education to healthcare — so beneficiaries don’t just survive, they progress.

We believe dignity is the starting point for every solution — and we never compromise on that value.

Where Our Work Has Reached

What started as a local response to a child in need has grown into a ripple of compassion reaching thousands. Whether it’s distributing school kits in urban slums, hosting hygiene drives in rural areas, or offering digital literacy sessions in under-resourced towns, our work continues to expand — not through noise, but through trust. With every new location, we don’t just set up a project; we build a relationship rooted in care, respect, and consistency.

FAQS

Frequently Asked Questions

We support children from low-income families who are often at risk of dropping out of school due to financial strain. This includes children from junior classes all the way up to higher education — including college students. Many are first-generation learners with no academic support at home. We help them with school fees, study material, tuition guidance, and mentorship to ensure they don’t just stay enrolled, but thrive.

Our “Zindagi Ko Dobara Likho” campaign focuses on youth who’ve dropped out of school or are unemployed due to lack of education or opportunity. We work closely with local communities, social workers, and youth groups to identify individuals who are willing but unable to access formal training. Each applicant goes through an informal screening to assess their interest and readiness. Programs are then matched to their aptitude — whether it’s tailoring, computer skills, or field-specific trades.

Under “Roz Ki Zarurat,” we distribute food, hygiene, and clothing kits to families and individuals in urgent need — including elderly couples, single-parent households, street-dwellers, and patients’ families. Kits are designed seasonally and tailored to the real needs of the area. Distribution happens through mapped drives and trusted volunteers who ensure that support reaches people directly, respectfully, and without delay. No middle agents are involved.

We don’t just offer relief — we stay involved in the long run. Our approach is human-first, not project-first. Whether it’s helping a child complete their education or supporting a family during medical distress, we walk with them beyond the initial support. We focus on dignity, consistency, and small, consistent actions that lead to long-term change. Every campaign is need-mapped, community-rooted, and impact-reviewed.
